Junior Inside Sales Coordinator (6 months maternity cover)
Workplace: Gdynia

Sales department is responsible for identifying and landing new business, maintaining relationships with existing customers. Sales liaise with Operations, Customer Service and Credit Control departments to overcome operational issues.

Job Purpose & Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Inside Sales activities
  • Following-up and coordinating with customers to ensure that business leads are successfully converted into actual shipments
  • Providing of Request for Quote’s (RFQ) and RFQ Follow-up
  • Proactively seeking customer support
  • Rate logging and query resolution
  • Delivering Sales budgets/targets and Account Development Plan
  • Ensuring that all processes and transactions are fully compliant with company rules and regulations
Required Skills and competencies
  • Preferably 1-2 years of professional shipping experience preferably within selling/ negotiating/Customer service
  • Shipping knowledge
  • High sociability
  • Orientation to detail
  • Strong communication and negotiating skills
  • Strong foundational understanding of cross-functional collaboration and commercial principles
