Your responsibilities:
- Quality check of purchase requisitions according to pre-defined
- Quality criteria and standard communication in case of deviations
- Ensuring and monitoring of an undisturbed and timely supply
- Creating and handling of purchase orders for materials / services
- Utilizing of frame contracts / preferred suppliers
- Assuring of data entry in the local ERP-system according to thyssenkrupp standards
- Tracking and archiving of acceptance of orders
- Requesting the creation of new suppliers according to the thyssenkrupp specifications
- Clarification of claims / price deviations with requestor
- Education: University (bachelor’s degree)
- Fluent in German (minimum B2/C1)
- English knowledge (B1) – would be an asset
- Experience in operative procurement or finance would be an asset
- Good knowledge about ERP-systems (e.g. SAP)
- Good communicative skills / team player / service orientation
