What You Will Do:
- Processing Mastery:
- Dive into the heart of PTP by processing incoming documents according to our policy.
- Be the wizard tracking liabilities, clearing outdated items, and ensuring seamless transactions.
Customer Relations Extraordinaire:
- Respond to Supplier and business PTP queries like a pro.
- Be the superhero supporting various PTP processes, especially during the exhilarating month-end closing.
Specialization Thrive:
- Invoice Processing Maestro:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming invoices - your domain of excellence.
- Manage payments of 3rd party, Intercompany, and subcontractor invoices, turning chaos into financial harmony.
- Be the key player in minimizing risks related to AP Ledger and P&L.
- Master full supplier reconciliations and resolve supplier account portfolio queries with finesse.
