About the job
- Cooperation with job boards and job advertisements administration
- Employer Branding of open jobs via various sourcing channels
- Building and managing candidate pipeline , executing search of passive candidates in databases
- Scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates, ensuring excellent candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process
- Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders, including business, hiring managers, local and global HR teams, recruitment agencies, job boards
- Participating in the global HR, TA and local projects for Iberica
About you
- Preferably a first experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Assistant, Junior Recruiter or a similar role
- Working experience, in the international corporate environment would be an asset
- Excellent command of Spanish (minimum C1 level) and English (B2 level), knowledge of Italian and Portuguese would be an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills
- General awareness about recruitment process, be process oriented
- Very good organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
- Previous experience with HR management tools (Workday, ServiceNow or other similar systems) would be an asset
- Responsibility and reliability to provide excellent candidates and stakeholder management experience
- Result oriented, can-do attitude, and innovative approach whenever possible
