Business Administration Team collects experts from Office, HR, IT and finance support. We are responsible for a lot of topics but the most important one is taking care of our fast-growing organization and employees that are central part of it. Currently there are 13 people, who put their effort to help other experts do their best job.
In our Knowledge Center, we are looking for a person who will help the office coordinator in everyday duties. If you like arranging and organizing space, keeping things clean and tidy and want to experience working in an international environment, then apply for the following job advertisement:

Responsibilities
- taking care of office supplies, including kitchen supplies
- maintaining office space
- inventorying and managing company gadgets
- preparing welcome packs for new employees
- supporting the organization of meetings, job fairs, conferences and other events
- other entrusted work
Qualifications
- good knowledge of English
- accuracy and commitment in fulfilling the entrusted duties
- availability Monday-Friday, 30h a week (stationary work) – must have
- paid internship (contract of mandate)
- flexible working hours
- modern and well-connected office (Alchemia complex in Gdansk Oliwa)
