Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.
Responsibilities of the position:

coordinating the order chain
answering phone calls and e-mails from business customers
contact with suppliers (setting lead times, price negotiations)
presenting offers to company clients
constant contact with business customers via e-mail, phone, chat
building positive business relationships
coordinating inventory levels
making changes to customer accounts
working in SAP

Requirements:

knowledge of English (b2) and knowledge of Portuguese (b2/c1)
IMPORTANT - knowledge of both languages required
knowledge of SAP/sales force system - welcome
professional experience, a minimum of 6 months (customer service, spply chain, etc.) - a minimum of 6-12
months working in a similar position
freedom to communicate by phone and email, with
business customers in Portuguese
ability to build positive business relationships with the company's customers
directional education, directional courses - will be an additional advantage for the candidate
