We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our High Voltage and Electrical Department. The successful candidate will oversee and manage competence development of employees in the high voltage and electrical department. Recruitment of new technicians in alignment with the requirements in the market and manage contractual conditions, among that secondment agreements.
This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and management skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.

PROJECT MANAGER
FOR OUR HV & ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our High Voltage and Electrical Department. The successful candidate will oversee and manage competence development of employees in the high voltage and electrical department. Recruitment of new technicians in alignment with the requirements in the market and manage contractual conditions, among that secondment agreements.
This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and management skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
Primary Responsibilities
- Sourcing and employment of new High voltage technicians and associated roles
- Always promote and support safety performance and culture
- Influence technicians delivering to the specified HSEQ requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with technicians, customers, stakeholders, and project team members
- Aim to achieve a structured work distribution and a competitive work organization in a healthy and motivating work environment
- Analysis and forecasting of competence demand in the market, ensuring the correct competence development
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Entering new and maintaining existing employment contracts for technicians
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Budgeting of training costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Maintain and develop training matrixes
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive training records and CV’s
- Forecasting of resources in cooperation with Senior PM and commercial sales manager
- Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership abilities, fostering positive working relationships
- Solid background or hands-on experience in understanding high voltage and electrical projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven working experience in project management and / or HR in the electrical or wind energy industry
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Have a positive attitude and commitment to work
