QUALITY ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
- Register internal deviations (process related deviations) in the company ERP system (Monitor)
- Internal and External Audits in compliance with ISO 9001&14001 (at a later stage of the company's activity)
- Initiate and follow up Corrective Action plan with supplier.
- If necessary, verify and support suppliers in creating QC.
- Actively and preventively create relevant QC in SOP for operators in production to secure right quality to customer.
- Train and create instructions where there is a lack of clear QC in SOP in production
- Review scrap and initiate improvement and corrective actions if needed.
- Create claims towards suppliers.
- QC of incoming material from new supplier, new material, Prototype, +-series verification
- QC on incoming goods due to AQL principle on suppliers that does not reach set quality standards.
- Participate if needed on supplier review with Purchase.
- Support production team with quality checks
- Work on processes, policies, instructions
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- English at a communicative level.
- Earlier experience of Problem solving, 5Why, 8D or similar methods
- Earlier experience of Working with Quality as a technician or engineer.
- Experience and understanding of reading drawings.
- Experience in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 as an additional asset
- Thoroughity, systematicity, organization, problem-solving skills, technical interests and knowledge, team player, enthusiasm, willingness to learn and develop.
- Stable employment based on an employment contract in an international work environment with development prospects and a friendly atmosphere.
- Work in a new factory in Gdańsk (Matarnia district) – work in a professional and experienced team.
- Remuneration depends on knowledge, experience and qualifications.
