Ferchau Poland invites specialists with electrical qualifications and management skills to join our team in Poland. We are looking for someone who will bring additional value to our team. We are looking for an inquiring mind with a passion for quality. The ideal candidate will be open-minded, accurate and hard-working, able to work to tight deadlines and last-minute changes.
Roles and Responsibilities

Coordination of electrical design team – operates in various areas: Wind Turbines, Automotive – special vehicles, Building Automation
Establish processes in compliance with project guidelines and standards
Execute quality checks of the documentation
Prepare additional specifications, reports and record of delivered project milestones
Provide technical support to the poject management team
Teambuilding, including ramping up and mentoring new team members

Skills and Qualifications

BSc/MSc degree in Electrical/Automation/Mechatronics Engineering or a similar discipline
3+ years of experience in designing circuit diagrams, control cabinets, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), EOL Tests (End of Line Tests)
Proficiency knowledge of one of following CAD tools: EPlan, SEE Electrical Expert, Zuken E3.series or SolidWorks Electrical
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German
Onsite commissioning or production experience will be advantageous
Strong communicative skills
Task and success oriented
Ability to work under pillory of time and deadlines
Great self-organized skills and focus on detail
Open-minded and cooperative working style within a multicultural and international context
