We are looking for a AMS Governance Specialist who will work on and with our internal business processes in relation with customers. You will be involved in customer’s talk to understand all expectations on services and agree data for contracting and setup IT processes. Additionally, you will prepare contracts with cooperation with our Communication and Financial Specialists.

- xperience in collecting and detailing requirements from the customer,
- Good knowledge and experience in optimization of processes and defining KPIs,
- Experience in coordination of works between two involved parties,
- Strong team player and good social skills,
- Experience in building great relations with customer,
- Focus on details during contract preparation,
- Strong English skills (written and spoken).
- ITIL certification,
- Lean Management certification,
- German language skills,
- Knowledge of operational IT processes.
