Requirements for candidates:
- knowledge of foreign languages, min. B2 - the language level must allow for free communication

- good organisation of working time - important aspect of home office

Responsibilities of the employee:
- Customer service
- Answering customer service calls
- Providing professional service
- Communication (phone, e-mail)
- Proposing personalized solutions
- Forwarding problems to second line support
- Creating documentation related to the job (for customer needs)
- Accurate execution of assigned duties
- Performing other activities related to the position
