Job Description
Business Administration Team collects experts from Office, HR, IT and finance support. We are responsible for a lot of topics but the most important one is taking care of our fast-growing organization and employees that are central part of it. Currently there are 13 people, who put their effort to help other experts do their best job.

Responsibilities

1.         Infrastructure 
  • Infrastructure implementation (diagnosis and maintenance)
  • Asset management 
  • Assessment of network and server infrastructure   
2.         Users and resource management
  • System implementation process
  • Access management process 
  • Preparatory tasks 
3.         Diagnosis and support
  • Support users with basic IT issues
  • Participation in the escalation process 
  • Solving the problems
4.         Other tasks and projects as required

Qualifications
  • A degree with an IT profile
  • Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications at the configuration and management level
  • Willingness to develop and expand IT knowledge
  • Analytical thinking and self-reliance
  • High level of responsibility and commitment to performed duties
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Communicativeness
