Your responsibilities:
- Checking the validity of certificates, booking training, travel and accommodation
- Administrative tasks - working with internal and external documents: certificates, gap matrixes agreements, work permissions etc. according to customer requirements and local legal requirements.
- Ensuring that travel and accommodation are within the allocated budget.
- Maintaining contact with external companies: training centers, car rental companies, medical centers etc.
- Reporting to Team Leader of Project Coordinators
- Available for 40 hours work week. During probationary period- mostly office. After probationary period: at least 2 days working from the office per week
- Ability to work in rapidly changing environment
- English at intermediate level (writing & speaking). Working with international team
- Open and dedicated team player
- Developed communication and analytical skills.
- Advanced troubleshooting and organizing skills.
