What do we expect from you?

  • Language: Proficiency in English (C1); 
  • Advanced computer literature skills (Microsoft Excel and Outlook);
  • One year or more of experience in WFM environment;
  • Flexibility to adapt to new tools or systems;
  • Available for Full-Time Job;
Advantages will be:
  • Language: Proficiency in Polish (B2);
  • Strong attention to detail; 
  • Independence and ability to work with minimal supervision;  
  • Ability to solve problems.

(24/7 shift rotation) Remote work   Your daily tasks:  

  • Manage employee database by gathering information from Operations/HR;
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring high-quality standards;
  • Utilize WFM systems/Excel to calculate requirements based on forecast data;
  • Conduct Intraday Performance meetings and communicate optimal recommendations;
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity in all financial reporting to support operational decision making.

Working conditions:

  • Contract of employment/ mandate contract;
  • Competitive salary;
  • 8-hour shifts, five days a week (Monday to Sunday - 24/7 operational schedule);
  • Remote work (The ability to connect the computer to the router via an Ethernet cable is essential).
