You will join an international department and you will be working closely with both our IT organization in Denmark & Poland and business colleagues in all our markets. Depending on where you reside, you can work from our Arla Office in Aarhus or Gdańsk.

About the job
You will join the Planning Release Train as a Senior Scrum Master for two or more teams. You will work very closely with your Product Owner and team members to create a self-organized and high performing team.
While also aligning with the Release Train Engineer and other Planning ART Scrum Masters on how we work Agile in the Planning ART and you can join the Arla Scrum Master Center of Practice to get inspired on agile ways of working in Arla.
Your primary tasks will be:
You are an experienced Project Manager or Scrum Master ready to take the next step in your career and join Arla.
You are curious on Agile and SAFe – and can take a pragmatic approach with your teams. Arla is committed to SAFe, but we also know that sometimes we have to make adjustments to get things done.

- Facilitate agile events
- Working closely with the Product Owner to drive two teams or more teams
- Agile coaching of the team members and ensuring the agile culture and mindset drives the way we work and deliver value
- Ensure we focus on delivering business value
- Work with your PO to ensure your teams have a prioritized backlog with well-defined items and features
- Create cross team alignment on functionality which goes cross more teams
- Remove impediments
You are an experienced Project Manager or Scrum Master ready to take the next step in your career and join Arla.
You are curious on Agile and SAFe – and can take a pragmatic approach with your teams. Arla is committed to SAFe, but we also know that sometimes we have to make adjustments to get things done.
Furthermore, we see the ideal candidate have these skills:
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Senior Project Manager
- Good knowledge about SAFe – preferably certifications in SAFe and / or as a Scrum Master
- Experience coaching and leading agile teams
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with agile tools such as Azure DevOps and JIRA
- Speak English effortlessly
- Have the ability to travel when needed, approx. 1 trip of 2 days every 3rd month.
