Senior Service Owner for End User Computing

Department: IT

Location: Gdańsk Wrzeszcz (Neptun Office)

Responsibilities:

Take end-to-end accountability for the production devices and ensure that they are working efficiently
Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of the end-user computing environment
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize service requirements
Ensure that end-user computing services are delivered following agreed service levels
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team and other stakeholders
Oversee IT processes and drive IT Excellence throughout the organization
Help to identify risks and assure remediation of gaps to facilitate a sustainable and modern environment
Travel occasionally, approximately once per month or more, as required for business needs
